"A friend of mine is looking for a good Java programmer to work
on a State project until June 30th and possibly (probably) into
the next fiscal year.  The project is to bring over, install,
and bring operational a software package from Wisconsin that
tracks surface water.  This would be for the State Environment
Department.  They are currently interviewing for this position."
