[NMLUG] Mailing lists for that "other" OS (Windows)?

I know this is a horrible place to ask, but I occasionally have to
deal with that "other OS" (Windows), and am having a remarkably hard
time finding a free local/semi-local Windows mailing list
(http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone/usergroups/default.mspx
is surprisingly unhelpful-- well, maybe not so surprising when you
realize who runs it).

Are there any free local Windows mailing lists I can join?
