FWIW,
I have no telemarketing line (landline) and I pay ~$55 total for
1.5M/768K with qwest.
It breaks down to something like $39 for DSL service and Qwest.net
barebones ISP (no email, no webspace) is ~ $7-$8/month.
All in all I have not had any real problems. The nice thing with
Qwest.net/Qwest.com there is very little finger pointing when stuff
breaks.
