I wouldn't pay $9.99--or $1.00--for Mandriva these days... ever since the
Mandrake -> Mandriva conversion, the quality of the distribution has really
tanked.
I've used Mandrake since the beginning, when they first were a RedHat
ripoff. I've seen them improve, and become a great distribution. I used to
be an active Mandrake Cooker developer, and was a MandrakeClub member. But,
now I'm trying to clean the unfortunate distribution off my computers that
are still running it.
But maybe it will get better again in the future...
