[NMLUG] new to the area

howdy,

i'm new to the area and just curious to meet folks active in the local
linux community.
just moved here from oregon, where i worked closely with Freegeek, a
community driven computer re-use and recycling organization and technology
center: http://freegeek.org
my personal project is largely devoted to exploring re-use of older
technology through diskless terminals, and i have written some simple
scripts to make a debian filesystem useable for diskless terminals, called
lessdisks: http://lesdisks.net
i mostly work with debian, and have specific interest in debian-np, debian
for non-profits: http://debian.org/devel/debian-nonprofit as well as
debian-edu, debian for educational institutions (a.k.a. skolelinux):
http://skolelinux.org
look forward to meeting and working with folks, exchanging PGP signatures,
and other good times.
i'll be digging in the dirt at erda gardens this season, while i'm not
working on lessdisks...
