[NMLUG] Re: NMLUG Digest, Vol 16, Issue 12
I use Qwest DSL since two years ago,
Already fried three of those actiontec modems, finally got a cisco 678
on ebay and works smoothly,
They offer two service tastes, one is MSN -which I assume must be
bitter- and the other is their Qwest dsl -which I use-
With MSN DSL Qwest provides a 'MSN' modem, which is really a pretty good
one but with stripped down firmware so it's only manageable from the ISP
side, (any coincidence with MS philosophy is casual).
The good thing is you can flash it with the original firmware.
