Curious if Qwest/MSN is linux-friendly? I know, "what
part of *MSN* don't you understand" statements are in
order, but does a provider really enforce System
Requirements?

The system requirements (especially OS) are probably
put in place to ensure their customer support clones
are able to help with the simplest of questions, not
"how do I compile a linux kernel to support TCP/IP".
Right or wrong?

If you have recommendations for linux-friendly
Albuquerque-area ISP, I'd appreciate it.
