| - Mail Server - Exim comes with Debian and seems to do the trick.
| - Webmail - Squirrelmail looks like the way to go.
| - Antivirus - ClamAV?
| - Spam Filter - I've heard that SpamAssasin is the best out there.
Any good

I run a mailserver that has all the features you're looking for. I
recently moved my spam-and-virus-fighting off a box at the ISP and took
on those responsibilities myself. So far, it's been doing a pretty good
job.
I run qmail with vpopmail (for virtual hosting), sqwebmail for web-based
email access, and I use spamassassin with dcc, rblchecks, clamav, and
f-prot. I also have a courier-imap-ssl daemon running.
I'm quite happy with the performance, but I don't get too much email.
Let's just say that nothing from the nmlug.org list is getting flagged
as spam right now.
Here's a few links to help you out...If you don't use gentoo (and you
should, hehe), then you'll need to find some other docs to help fill out
the parts that gentoo covers with emerge whatever.

Good luck. :-)
