Seems like the 64-bit install is pretty much only available on DVD. You
can get the FTP-install image for 9.2 from any suse mirror:
http://mirrors.kernel.org/suse/x86_64/9.2/iso/SUSE-Linux-9.2-FTP-DVD.iso
Or there's some (very slow) bittorrents for 9.3 here:

I just saw you said ia64 not x86_64, if that's not a typo I have no idea
what the current situation with that is. sorry. There is a directory
ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/ia64/ but it seems pretty empty.
Oh well maybe these are good breadcrumbs to get you started.
