I work at a company doing software development in a Linux environment.  Our 
business is growing, fast.  We want to hire more people, but we also want 
anyone we hire to be a good fit.  I figure most people on this mailing list

Computer Software Development Engineer 

Growing Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation software company 
specializing in 3D fluid dynamics behavior for complex dense-phase particle 
flows, supporting multi-national chemical, petrochemical and metal casting 
industries, has immediate full-time position in Albuquerque. Responsibilities 
will include development of CFD calculation software, on-going development of 
graphical user interface using Qt, porting existing applications to Windows 
environment, parallelization, network/software/OS support internally and to 
customers, testing all internal software, computer hardware setup.  
Development is performed mainly in Linux environment using C/C++.  Position 
requires B.S. or M.S. in computer science or related field.  Physics or 
chemistry background will help but is not required.  Self starter, able to 
work both independently and as part of a team, who is curious about how 
things work and is willing learn, has a good chance to succeed.  Compensation
