I use Popfile on my system to filter spam. I use Pine alot still too
because it's fast and lean. Other than that I use Mozilla Thunderbird.
Popfile is just a pop3 proxy written in Perl that does bayesian
filtering. It has a nice web frontend and I've found that it learns
very fast and is extremely simple to install. I've set it up so it uses
MySQL as a backend.
