[NMLUG] FreeBSD disk recovery

  • Subject: [NMLUG] FreeBSD disk recovery

I would like to recover as much as possible from my
crashed FreeBSD disk.

How should I go about this?

Should I build another FreeBSD machine, just to recover
what is available.... or is there LINUX software
which can deal with FreeBSD partitions and file-systems?

Also... I'm willing to pay. Is anybody interested in
recovering as much as possible from this disk?
Know anybody in this business?

Its not important enough to me to spend THOUSANDS to get back
the partition that was lost (it was, of course, the most critical
partition)... but it is important enough to pay HUNDREDS.
