[NMLUG] mailman auto-reject

My guys have been trying to do that for me for a month now. They haven't 
found an easy way.

Even with a well-tuned SPAMassassin config, I still get ~8 per list per 
day. Problem is, many newsletters are getting damn close to SPAM.
