[NMLUG] Absorb NMLUG into NMOSUG

I'm on both the NMLUG and NMOSUG mailing lists, and have noticed that NMOSUG:
% has a more complete + more frequently updated website than NMLUG
% has fewer irrelevant posts than NMLUG
% has better funding than NMLUG w/ actual sponsors
% has a charter that encompasses NMLUG's w/o being overly broad
Based on this, I move that NMLUG be absorbed into NMOSUG (similar to how
the Free Unix Users of New Mexico (FUUNM) was absorbed into NMLUG ~
September 1999).
I realize this issue caused a controversy on the NMLUG mailing list last
March, but I think NMOSUG has grown considerably since then, and that
having both NMLUG and NMOSUG is redundant.
