[NMLUG] Re-displaying running apps on remote machine?

Ok sorry, had a brain-gaseous activity for a moment.

You want to move the session of a particular app on one machine to
another where both machines are remotely connected.

If I'm wrong dont worry about replying, I fear anything I say from here
will probably muddy the question more.
