[NMLUG] dhcpd.conf file for Comcast cable internet in SF

Actually, dhclient and dhcpd have nothing to do with each other. =)
dhclient is a DHCP client, for getting an address on your machine; other
clients typical included in distributions are dhcpcd and pump; they all
do basically the same thing.
dhcpd is a DHCP server, this is only useful serving out addresses to
other machines on your network, i.e. if you are using a linux box as a
router.
