1) That's "Russian".
2) In some other countries, there are no copyright laws.  I know in Kuwait 
there isn't, I bought some stuff there at almost a five-finger discount.  
They're still working on whether or not this is legal, so I'd say "no" until 
they figure it out.  Then again, in Kuwait they were using a lot of Linux :D
