[NMLUG] Printer setup

If you can switch back to CUPS with the KDE print manager and have
confidence that it undid whatever it did when making the initial
change to lpr/lrng, perhaps make sure packages cupsys, cupsys-bsd,
cupsys-client, and maybe cupsys-driver-gimpprint are installed and
try again with CUPS?
