Just out of curiousity, did you run the registry settings for turning of 
the "sign and seal" attributes for XP on the cleint machines? Were the 
machines able to "join the domain"? If not, are you having them join 
the domain from a same named workgroup? (Which will *always* fail - 
quietly to make maetters more frustrating.) Are they running XP Pro? (XP 
Home will _NOT_ do domain logins.)

Please describe what if any prep you have done with the clients.
