[NMLUG] Argghhh!!! I hosed my MBR



You need to boot up from an install cd.

Then switch your virtual terminal ato get a prompt.

fdisk your partitions.
Then mount them.  You will manually have to rebuild the directories if you 
have mount points.
Then chroot to your partitions.
Then re-run lilo in the chrooted environment.

If you do not fdisk the partitions, your lilo will not work.
