I'm sure there's a slicker way, but if you have gnome-terminal
installed, you can accomplish both these things from the
'Title and Command' tab of the profile editor. If you set up a seperate
profile for this (like if you use gnome-terminal for other uses) you can
specify the profile on the command line.
