Using alternate download channels only succeeds in gathering statistics and
using that information as proof that more legislation has to be passed.

If you want to call yourself a consumer by all means.  I dont think I am.

Ok, its a free country.  You can sit and worry about not having enough money.
 I'll think of ways to make money.

Is inflation that high or are wages that low that pencil and paper cant be bought?
