[NMLUG] pdf, multipage tiff split

OH!  Just in case someone MIS-reads that, as I did, the option is 
"+adjoin," which inverts the -adjoin option.

have call for splitting pages, but I can think of one instance in 
particular where I will use it from time to time on multi-page TIFFs.
