Use imagemagick's 'convert':

convert +adjoin multipage_doc.pdf seperate_tiffs.tif

convert +adjoin multipage_doc.pdf seperate_pdfs.pdf

convert +adjoin multipage_doc.tif seperate_pdfs.pdf

etc.
