If you are going to buy a DVD reader, you might as well buy a DVD
reader/recorder. And if you are going to buy a DVD recorder, you might
as well buy the new DVD+R DL dual layer recorder, because they are as
inexpensive as any DVD player. You can snag the NEC 2510a (OEM) at
newegg.com for under $80, delivered. (I did). It plays everything.
