[NMLUG] Debian Amends Social Contract

AFAIK, there has been some talk about using the un-amended version of 
the social contract for the Sarge release, and going forward with the 
new version after Sarge.

I guess, realistically, my production environment isn't exactly 
screaming for much better than Woody, anyway - but I was looking forward 
to not having to run mixed apt sources.  Ah, well.
