[NMLUG] Debian Amends Social Contract

Anyone else think Debian may be shooting itself in the foot by delaying
Sarge's release another year? Especially considering they were hyping the
release within the next few months.

I think the changes to the contract should make some interesting changes in
the repository.  Now on the default install CD, we'll still have things like
glibc, but lack things like glibc's non-free documentation.  They'll still be
available from apt as far I can tell, just explicitly in non-free.
