You really should look at the latest version of mozilla firefox
www.mozilla.org/products/firefox. You can download an extension that will
tell the web server that you are running IE6 on WindowsXP. Unless your web
apps are heavy into active-x or downloaded helper apps, I've found Firefox
w/java to be an acceptable replacement for IE6.
I've found that Mozilla is an exceptional suite if you also need email and
news clients.
