I downloaded the ISO last week and burned it to CD-R. Then I tried a
standard <dd> copy of /dev/hda to /dev/hdb. Sysresccd repeatedly gave
me a message, something like "You do not have permission to access
/dev/hdb." Permission? This is a RESCUE disk, for chrissake.

So for the time being I've put it aside.
