Probobally insufficient. The problem is likely to be intermitant.
I'm not a tech, but to really test a power supply, you'd want
to add a load (resistor) that drew something near the current
limit. (250 watts?). You might want to have some sort
of varying load (sinusoid) and check voltage and current on
an O-scope. Bottom line.... I think most techs just
keep extra power supplies on hand, and swap to see if
the problem goes away.
