:)  The current beta (and the CDROMs I gave out) do not support it.  However,
NetAtalk (which you are usin under Linux, and which I use @ home on my
gateway to let my wife share MP3's on her iBook) could easily be ported!  
In fact, this one of the many things I am personally intersested in making
happen in the next couple of months.  As a testiment to this easy porting,
one of our protocol guys got the BSD ipfilter layer working with our io-net
in about a week.

So we don't support it yet but I am sure we will very soon. :)  If you 
watch http://staff.qnx.com/~cdm/ under the networking section, that is
where I will be posting news and updates to drivers and protocols for the
networking under QNX.
